A very comfortable hotel downtown Craiova with a business focus. Special kudos goes to Andrei, the bartender that went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We did enjoy the SPA facilities, that were very clean and uptight kept by the staff.

We stayed at Ramada Plaza Craiova for two nights while visiting the Craiova Christmas Market, and overall, it was a pleasant experience with just a few drawbacks. The hotel’s location is fantastic—just a short walk to the Christmas Market, which made our holiday outing convenient and enjoyable. Our room was spacious and equipped with everything we needed, including an espresso machine, which was a lovely touch. I also appreciated the modern bathroom and the ability to control the AC to my preference. One highlight of our stay was the small SPA center, which featured a swimming pool, sauna, and steam bath. It was a great way to relax for an hour or two in the mornings before starting our day. The breakfast was super delicious, and I was delighted with the variety and quality. The smoothies, espresso, and selection of cheeses were particularly impressive and made for a delightful start to the day.

First of all, the location is perfect. Minutes from the Christmas markets and all the other sights. We stayed in an Executive King Room and it was really spacious and very comfortable. After a tiring day and night out in the city, we were able to sit on the sofa and watch TV in our room. There are enough amenities in the room. The bed is extremely comfortable - like heaven :) The bathroom is big and comfortable, as well. We stayed there in January and the room was warm enough. There is adjustable air-condition in the room. The breakfast lounge is really elegant with a beautiful design. The breakfast is tasty with lots of variety. There is a huge parking area in front of the hotel and it is free of charge for the hotel guests.

The location is just 5 minutes away by taxi from the train station and around 6 minutes walk to the Christmas markets. Room was very nice with a good view, clean and well stocked both the mini bar and the bathroom. We had to take a packed breakfast as we checked out before 7:00 to catch a train and the put their heart to it. We had a meal at the restaurant and the service and food was top. Large parking available if needed. Staff was very polite and helpful.

Nice and clean hotel, comfortable rooms, friendly staff and excellent service - all is by the standards for this hotel chain, which you may expect. Very rich breakfast with wide variety of options, also regular menu's meals in the restaurant were delicious. Parking is a great benefit, and was free for us as guests.
